Our return policy

If the items you purchased do not suit you, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For goods returned within 30 days of receipt of goods will be refunded in the original form of payment at the original selling price.

We will happily accept unused goods, goods must be in original condition including box, dust bag.

How to Return an Item

For a quick and easy return process, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund, which will be refunded to the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective goods

If the product is defective when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the defect.

We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement for you at no additional cost.

Repeat return

We offer a flexible return policy to facilitate your online shopping experience. We also track customer returns. Multiple returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, result in closure of your account or refusal of future orders.

Policy changes

We may update our policy periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review any modifications. Continued use of our site indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
